Vendor – Agent Agreement for Property Sale in St Lucia
It is agreed that should a sale of the vendor’s property
arise as a direct result of an introduction of a buyer, by our
agency, a commission at the agreed rate
will be paid by the seller to the agent.
Should the introduced buyer forfeit their deposit payment then
the vendor will pay our agency a commission at the agreed rate,
as a percentage of the collected deposit.
Agreed commission rate, as a percentage of sale price is 5% up
to the first US$500,000 and 3% thereafter.
The Agent’s commission is to be settled locally by the
vendor’s solicitor from the proceeds of the property sale.
