Property Consultancy Services
We provide a variety of flexible consultancy services to suit
your needs. In addition to the general services listed below
we are happy to discuss any specialist requirements you may
have.
Renting Property
We can assist you with finding clients for both short-term and
long-term rental. To make an assessment of your property we will
need digital photographs and a description of the facilities and
location. For long-term rental we charge a commission of 1 month's
rent. For short-term rental we charge a commission of 15%.
Managing Property
Our management team can provide full property management at a
fee of EC$1,000 per month or 10% of the rental income, whichever
is the greater. All running overheads such as utilities and general
maintenance will be managed by us but billed to the property owner.
Buying Property
We have a detailed knowledge of St Lucia and the economic trends.
We can advise and assist in you in finding a property to suit
your requirements; there is no charge for this service.
If you are purchasing
for investment purposes we can offer accurate
advice on zoning rights and restrictions to save you wasting
time
and money due to choosing the wrong location.
Building Property
We keep a register of very reputable building contractors,
who have been carefully screened for reliability and quality
of work. Registered contractors can take on a variety of work
from simple house extensions to the building of a hotel. We
offer two levels of consultancy service:
1. For finding and supplying a suitable contractor, we charge
a one-off fee of EC$1,000.
2. For project managing the entire construction from planning
to building we charge a commission of 15% of the construction
cost. We also guarantee quality of construction and completion
on time.
